THIS IS A
My models are created through a veriety of programs, including Fusion360, Onshape and Freecad. I like to share my models for free to help others having the same issues or interests as I. I always upload both a .STEP file for others to edit and .STL ready for printing. I like to use Rapit PETG for my prints or ABS when making stuff for my car. As a printer I use an Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro with an enclosure that I bought used. Its been a good machine but does have its limitations. I would recommend it for those looking for a budget printer that works decently out of the box and with some convenience features. You can find my Thingiverse Profile here
I made this case for my Dunbar Large Pracice Chanter so I would feel more comfortable bringing it places. I saw that the prices for typical bagpipe chanter cases were higher then the price I bought my practice chanter for and decided should just make one. It also includes a case for the reed to protect it from getting crushed or otherwise damaged. The entire case has air passages so the chanter can dry out ofter playing and a storage box for some pipe cleaner. Since My print bed is a little small I split the case in two and glued it together. I misized the slots a bit but fixed it in the actual model, but I am not going to use another half spool to reprint it (ʘ ͜ʖ ʘ). It could deffinately be improved but I am content with its current state.
This is a cover I printed for an aftermarket guage cluster to make it look a little prettier and to remove the glair caused by the guage backlights on the windsheild. Why do I have an aftermarket guage cluster? My car has 3 stock guages, fuel, speed and RPM. I wanted to be able to see the oil pressure, battery voltage and the coolant temp. My car is a little broken and those 3 systems have given me trouble in the past. The guages let me keep an eye on them and I think it looks cool ;] . I recommend this to be printed out of ABS to reduce the warping caused by direct sun exposure.
